Christmas Shopping

December.... The joy of Christmas, the beginning of Summer. Wonderful sights and smells and sandy coconut scented days. Long beach walks at dusk, thunderstorms and sun showers. Bliss.
For me...it brings back painful memories and loss. It's not an easy month to pull through. But I always do and each year it gets a little easier. I generally buy very little giving most of what I have to my charities...usually a wheelchair for palative carers or something similar.
My Mum will always ask me what I want for Christmas...and I always say the same thing...nothing money can buy. And it's true!
But sometimes I'll come across something luscious and think...Oh! Hello sweet thing...
